RETREAT TERMS + CONDITIONS

Please consult your doctor before engaging in yoga or non-linear movement should you have any concerns.

DEFINITIONS

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Soul Sparkle Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.

“You” refers to the guest booking a Soul Sparkle Retreat.

“We” refers to Soul Sparkle.

DEPOSITS

All Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Of course, no one books with the intention of cancelling their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation to help you cover any unforeseen costs regarding your retreat if you need to cancel.

PAYMENT POLICY

Once you have booked your space and paid your $500 deposit a confirmation will be emailed to you. Payment of the deposit must be made to Soul Sparkle within 5 working days to secure the reservation.

If you require a payment plan, we offer direct debit which may incur extra fees to be determined by Soul Sparkle. Your final payment must be received four weeks prior to your chosen Retreat start date.

It it your responsibility to make your payments on time as agreed, if you do not your booking may be cancelled, so please ensure you have funds in your nominated account for your payment plan. If for any reason your payment is going to be late YOU must notify Soul Sparkle via email within 24hours of the payment due date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of retreat space without refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If something has come up and you are unable to attend the Retreat we understand, these things happen. If you cancel your trip, Soul Sparkle does not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within two years of your original retreat date minus your deposit. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.

Cancellation fee credits are determined by the following schedule:

If you cancel 45 – 60 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment (minus the deposit) may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.

If you cancel 45 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire Retreat payment credit.

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To join our retreats you must have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORTING ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your retreat and ensure it covers you for TRIP CANCELLATION.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

SOUL SPARKLE CANCELLATION POLICY

While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if Soul Sparkle must cancel a booked retreat date, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a full refund.

Should the retreat be postponed due to COVID19 all monies are transferable to future date.

Cases of Force Majeure including natural disasters, terrorism, travel advisories etc will be dealt with compassion and understanding through all parties involved.

Soul Sparkle is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
