I am so excited to offer my Soul Cleanse Program. I have designed this healthy eating high vibrational lifestyle plan that will leave you with more energy, glowing skin and sparkling eyes. Not only that, It aids you to open your heart and start to connect to yourself on a deeper level and in turn will raise your Soul vibration. Although this program is not about weight loss you may also experience this as a positive side effect. However its all about raising your energy vibration.

When we are living from a low vibration – due to bad eating habits, toxic trapped emotions, toxic relationships, no self love or self care practices – its hard for us to feel happy, in fact we feel totally depressed and lets face it, it can be so hard to be positive and see how amazing life is when we are feeling so low vibe. Its always about taking care of yourself in every way possible, until you do that you cannot give yourself to others in your full capacity, you are not able to be fully present with others.

When we raise our vibration life takes on a whole new meaning, opportunities flow to you, you feel happy for no reason, you glow and radiate with confidence, you are more in tune and connected to your higher self and magic happens. When you raise your vibration your relationships become deeper and you see more beauty in the world.

I designed this program thinking of busy women and Mums and have tried to keep the daily practices down to a min of 15 minutes (broken up in 5 minute intervals), which is totally doable for anyone. Of course you can extend these practices if you have time and to be honest once you start to raise your vibration, you feel like you have MORE time!!

HOW DOES IT WORK

Once you have signed up and purchased my Soul Cleanse Program you will receive an initial email outlining your daily practices with explanations, you will also be given a list of optional add on’s to the cleanse, some can just be purchased from the supermarket, the oils can be purchased through me. These will just enhance your whole experience and are not compulsory for the program.

WEEK ONE

You will receive your meal plan and shopping list for week 1, 3 days prior to commencing.

WEEK TWO

You will receive your meal plan and shopping list for week 2, 3 days prior to commencing.

You will receive one email per day outlining practices for you to choose from to do each day. There are 4 required practices per day totaling approximately 15 minutes (of course you can choose to do them for longer if you have time)

You will be added to a private Facebook group only for members of Soul Cleanse, here we can support and encourage each other and ask questions, share advice and tips and their will be incentives 🙂

Each day you follow the menu and participate in 4 daily practices that will take a minimum of 15minutes, the daily practices are:

DAILY PRACTICES

  • Meditation
  • Self Love Practices
  • Affirmations
  • Yin Yoga (1 pose per day)

You will have a option to choose 1 self love practice a day from a list I will provide with specific details for you.

 

WHAT DO WE EAT?

Plenty of healthy proteins like eggs, fish, nuts and seeds, small amounts of fruit, loads of veggies, healthy oils and fats like avocado, nut milks, herbal teas, goats and sheep’s cheese.

SAMPLE MENU SUMMER:

Breakfast – Zucchini fritters with avo, relish and poached egg

Morning snack – herbal tea or turmeric latte, choc beet latte, 1 cup fruit salad or 1 piece of fruit

Lunch – Roasted sweet potato and goat cheese salad with cashews – olive oil + lemon dressing

Afternoon snack – veg crudites and pesto, herbal tea

Dinner – Turkey burgers wrapped in cos lettuce with tomato avo and relish

 

SAMPLE MENU WINTER:

Breakfast – Mini frittatas

Morning snack – herbal tea or turmeric latte, choc beet latte, 1 cup fruit salad or 1 piece of fruit

Lunch – Buddha bowl – quinoa, roast veg, sauteed kale and onion, avocado with lemon tahni dressing

Afternoon snack – home made broth or herbal tea, banana bread

Dinner – White fish with parsnip fries and roasted broccoli

As a qualified Nutritionist, I don’t follow any particular way of eating or particular diet, I have tried just about every diet known before I became a Nutritionist and realised that they were not sustainable. I believe in listening to my body’s needs and cravings (true cravings) and have devised this plan after I suffered from anemia and was practically bedridden for 2 months ( and went to my GP begging for an iron infusion). I was so over the fatigue but had to listen to my body and rest and I then start this eating plan and I started to feel like a different person within just a few days. I have designed it as a 14 day plan but you can do it for longer if you like.

WHAT CAN’T WE EAT?

Gluten, Red meat, Chicken, Dairy (some halloumi/sheep’s/goats cheese is allowed), Grains, Legumes, Processed sugar, Soy, Alcohol & Caffeine (chai tea permitted), Processed Food.

I have tested this program and can tell you I went from suffering with chronic fatigue from anemia to totally off the charts high after a few days on this program, even when I went back to my GP my test results for iron where only slightly up so he couldn’t understand my huge energy level rise and I told him I no longer felt I needed the iron infusion at all!!!

The menu is designed to raise your vibration and will be gluten free, refined sugar free, soy free, alcohol free, caffeine free (small amounts allowed but will go into it in the program), grain free, there will be vegetarian and meat options, a small amount of dairy is included only in the form of goats or sheep’s cheese but I promise it will be delicious, not just rabbit food! I love getting creative in the kitchen as a nutritionist and my recipes have been featured in Women’s Health magazine.

This is going to be a live program with a private group for support so we can all help each other as we all go through it together. The daily practices will take up no longer than 10-15minutes so its also perfect for busy women and mums.
