Terms and Conditions

DEFINITIONS

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Soul Sparkle Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.

“You” refers to the guest booking a Soul Sparkle Retreat.

“We” refers to Soul Sparkle.

PAYMENT POLICY

Once you have booked your space a confirmation will be emailed to you, your $500 deposit payment must be made to Soul Sparkle within 5 working days to secure the reservation.

If you require a payment plan, we offer either weekly or fortnightly plans. Full payment must be received 1 month prior to the Retreat start date.

It it your responsibility to make your payments on time as agreed, if you do not your booking may be cancelled, so please insure you set up a direct debit so this does not occur. If for any reason your payment is going to be late YOU must notify Soul Sparkle via email within 24hours of the payment due date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If something has come up and you are unable to attend the Retreat we understand, these things happen. The deposit is non refundable, however may be used towards another Retreat within 2years.

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.

Fees are determined by the following schedule:

  • If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.
  • If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.
  • If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.
  • If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To join the retreat you must have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORTING ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your retreat & TRIP CANCELLATION.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

SOUL SPARKLE CANCELLATION POLICY

While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if Soul Sparkle must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a full refund.

Soul Sparkle is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
